Italian bellflower. Low-growing, evergreen perennial with velvety-looking variegated foliage and rich blue, star-shaped blooms. Plants grow to 6” tall and spread up to 2’. Tolerates full sun or part shade and thrives with regular water in moist, well-drained soils.
