Bellflower. Evergreen upright perennial selected for its abundant red, dark pink, rose or cherry colored flowers that appear most heavily in fall. The pendulous nature of the blooms is reminiscent of Phygelius ‘Winchester Fanfare’. Plant in full sun or part shade with regular garden water. Hardy to 0F. Japan.
