Bellflower. A truly lovely and unusual bellflower to 2' brought to North American gardens by Dan Hinkley of Heronswood Nursery via a colleague in South Korea. The stunning, lacy white flowers hang like paper lanterns along the length of the nodding flowering spikes through spring and summer. (Thank you Terra Nova.) When not in bloom, the shimmering green-black foliage adds grace of its own to the perennial border. A spectacular new addition! Plant in moisture retentive but well drained soils with regular water and at least half a day of sun. Hardy to 0F. Asia. Patent protected.
