Parentage is Ceanothus arboreus crossed with Ceanothus 'Cynthia Postan'. Selected by David Fross at Native Sons Nursery. Leaf is moderately narrow and pointed. Glandular serrated-like edges on the leaves. Bronze blue bud clusters open into cylindrical violet -blue panicles that are two to four inches long.
