Spanish lavender, a new and distinct cultivar of lavender plant named 'Anouk'. Characterized by it's compact, upright and mounded plant habit. Dense and bushy plant form with gray-green aromatic foliage and large purple flowers with violet bracts. Grows up to 36" tall with and equal spread, and blooms throughout the entire growing season. Hardy to 0F. Deer resistant.
