Purple toadflax. Summer-flowering perennial with blue-green, linear leaves and a narrow, bushy form to 3’. Racemes of purple-blue flowers with white throats appear in summer. Reseeds in favorable circumstances but not in a brutish fashion. Hardy to below 0F. Central Italy to Sicily.
