Salvia chamaedryoides

Germander sage. Evergreen perennial with small, silvery leaves forming the perfect backdrop for the radiant blue flowers. A spreading sage to 3’ wide with many ascending stems to 2’ when in bloom eventually forming a small mound. Flowers borne during warm periods throughout the growing season peak in early summer and again in fall. Tolerant of light shade and modest drought, plants are best suited to full sun and well-drained soils. Prune spent flowers for repeat blooming. Moderate water. Hardy to 10F. Texas, Mexico.
