California blue-eyed grass. Forms small clumps of grassy, green or bluish-green foliage 6-12” high with flowering stems to 20” high. Half inch flowers are purple to bluish-purple with golden centers, blooming early to mid-spring. Reseeds freely in favorable sites. Hardy to 10F. California.
