Thymus pulegioides ‘Aureus’ is a classic culinary thyme with golden-edges leaves and cheerful lavender flowers. Mounding to a foot tall and two feet wide, it can be used in borders, raised beds, or as a kitchen ready container plant. It is best grown in full sun and well drained soils and has done well for us with modest irrigation. Hardy to 5F. Formerly Thymus x citriodorus 'Aureus'
